Order

Order Confirmation

When an order has been placed, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please note that this only indicates that your order has been placed and pending to be processed. For exclusive releases, we reserve the right to limit quantities per order and/or customer. 

For International order(s), our respective regional sales representative will be in contact with you to verify your order before processing (no shipping charges incurred until the order is confirmed)

If you notice any errors on your order confirmation, please contact us to modify and/or cancel your order. You can also review your order details by accessing your "Order History" via your Lamitak account.

NOTE: All orders are limited to 10 laminate samples each.

Order Processing

Standard processing time of up to 2 business days is required upon order received

Order placed after 12:00 PM (GMT+8) may be processed the next business day and orders placed over the weekend and on holidays will be processed the next business day 

Please note that during peak sale periods processing times may vary.

Order status

  • To Verify Your Order Status:
  • Login into you "Lamitak account"
  • Click on the "Order history" tab on the top right-hand corner (human icon)
  • Under "Status", your order status will be marked as either "Confirmed" or "Shipped"

Confirmed: Your order has been successfully placed and is ready to be processed 

Shipped: Your order has been dispatched
